CSZ and summer in full swing!

It's been a busy spring and the lab is bumping! A subset of us attended the Canadian Society of Zoologists conference in early May and everyone did a fantastic job presenting their research. Congratulations to Mia for winning the Murray A. Fallis Award for the Best Student Presentation in the Parasitism, Immunity and Environment (PIE) section! Mosquito surveillance is up and running again for the season (check in at @AcadiaMosquitoTeam for updates!) and the lab is full of mosquitoes, ticks, and lots of laughs!
